Having had some negative experiences in the past with auto parts stores & dealership service departments, I decided to travel 30 miles from another state to have audio equipment & a remote starter installed because I read positive reviews online. And they did not disappoint! The installer, Scott, @ the Kirkwood Hwy store was awesome, solving problems particular to my vehicle, & quickly resolving issues that later appeared with some equipment. The whole team is knowledgeable, friendly & makes you feel comfortable, explaining equipment & options in a professional manner. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
