Well your Dover location lost another customer because of lying to me. I went there over a month ago to purchase a $350 remote start and when it came time to schedule an appointment day they said like a Tuesday at 9am and can pick my car up at 5pm. So I asked the guy " does it take 8 hours to install this remote start?" and he said yes it does. I was so angry because I just watched a guy on YouTube install the exact same product in my make and model vehicle in 20 minutes. Then to make it worse he said that oh yeah because of your vehicle when you use the remote start when you open your door it will cut off. More lies lol. So to the point I left their angry and went to Best Buy where I really did not want to go and purchased a similar remote start scheduled my appointment and they told me it would take between 30 minutes to an hour to install and was $250. So Best Buy knows how to install better than you guys who are supposed to be experts at car audio. Anyway Best Buy completed the job in 45 minutes and when I asked about my car turning off when I open the door, the Best Buy installer looked at me confused and said "what? the car does not turn off that's what the bypass part of the kit prevents and who would tell you that?" So I will never go to Sound of Tristate ever again for their dishonesty.
