I ordered a stereo/reverse camera/SiriusXM receiver combo pack for about $300 before shipping. I could not find information regarding required mounting hardware prior to placing the order. When I asked customer service what was required to do the install they told me to go to another website and search for it. I found this very unhelpful. After a bit of needling a got a suggested part number and the suggestion that I pay someone else to do my install. Overall, much less helpful than many other retailers I have worked with. Having done all the work to sell myself the original product I found the lack of effort disappointing. I will not likely use this vendor again.
