I purchased a subwoofer, amp, and wiring kit package off if their eBay store. The items were delivered quickly, packaged well, and reasonably priced.

I installed everything in my car and tried it out for a couple of days. Everything worked but it was clear that the amp they had sold me was not powerful enough to push the speaker it was paired with.

I initiated a return through eBay and they provided me with a return shipping label within a couple of days. I sent the items back in good condition (the wiring kit was cut becausei installed it) and received a prompt refund.

So overall their service was good that's why I gave them 4 stars. That said, I won't give them 5 stars because I had to pay a 15% restocking fee on the return. I think this was unfair for 2 reasons:

1. The eBay item shows free returns and only when you drill down in the item description does it actually tell you about the restocking fee. Most companies will not say "free returns" when a fee is involved.

2. I trusted that an established audio company would package an amp that is capable of powering the subwoofer included in the combo. It makes no sense to sell them together if the amp is underpowered. As far as I'm concerned it is the equivalent of a defective product.
