Had an issue but immediately spoke to some to rectify the problem
I ordered some speakers and when they arrived one didn’t work I contacted Tri state via eBay and got fast prompt immediate assistance to return and replace the speaker. It wasn’t Tri State fault it was the manufacturer. I’d definitely use Tri State again
