Had to literally beg to receive my product as I was told that someone needed to be home to sign. I tried to work something out with th representative to have it delivered on a day I was home they told me no. The delivery date is set and final. After 3 days of begging and pleading to remove the restrictions on the package being that sound of Tri-State locked the delivery options down. They agreed to allow me to pick it up. I have them my zip code. Come to find out I had to drive an 1 1/2 to get it. This was the WORST customer in the history of America I mean the worst. Would never never to business with them again.
