Ordered a knob it was below anyone's price. Knowing your inventory can prevent this.. now my install is delayed.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but the RUX-KNOB.2 has not been released by the manufacturer yet. Our store website was reflecting that the item was listed as a pre-order, unfortunately our mobile app did not have the capability of rendering pre-orders at that time. We had our programmers work on this issue on the mobile side and fix it so it reflects the same as our pc website. If you had kept the item on backorder, we would have shipped it out as soon as Alpine released that item.

We appreciate your feedback and its because of your order we were alerted of the issue on the mobile app and had it fixed right away. We hope you can understand that the online technology is moving quite fast and it isn't until issues like these occur, that we are able to find and fix them. Keep in mind, NO ONE has this item yet, if you'd like to reorder and keep it on backorder, we will ship the item to you asap and include a free tshirt with your order for giving us another shot.

Let me know if you will consider removing this feedback and placing the item on backorder with us for when Alpine releases it.
