Was impressed with initial service. Not impressed with product. Radio adapter was difficult to conform and did not appear to fit radio i purchased. Returned all but adapter since it was no longer saleable. WAS NOT AWARE OF THE NO REFUND POLICY WHEN PURCHASING. VERY UPSET WITH GIFT CARD.
