I was happy with the product I recieved. The work took a little longer then expected since I came from PA and had to wait in Delaware for about 45 minutes longer then expected. However, the salesman was helpful and I had a good experience over all. The salesman talked me into getting an upgraded key fob so that I could have the lock/unlock/trunk pop features on the remote start key fob to save me from having two different ones. (A spare fob also came with the upgrade) the sales man also gave me discount on the upgrade (It was at least $30.00 if not $50.00 off) so I have to say I was happy overall. I had a groupon for the remote start to begin with. Big thank you!
