They communicated well while I waited for my xm radio to be put in.
When I called they said it would be between 150 and 200. They tried to put in the factory sirius radio in my car, but it wouldnt work. They charged me $88 since it didnt work, and I waited 4 hours total and paid $300. Overall good custumer service.
