timing and service was fine. the service person showed me basics of tuning radio in parking lot. However, when I drove the car, we had serious static issues. Still need to resolve them from instruction manual or return car to sound of tri-state to correct problem. Sad part is we got the new radio for a long trip and it is not working satisfactorily.
