I made my purchase online and the item that I ordered happened to be sold out. One of their employees, Alison, wrote me and explained the error and offered me an alternative. Sadly though, the alternative wouldn't work with the gear that I already had. She took the extra time and searched until she found not only what I had ordered but also with an additional discount.
