I went to the Kirkwood Highway location recently for a 4 channel amp install, I was told it would take roughly 3 hour, I went in at 10am so I figured Itd be ready right around 1:30. what. they failed to mention is that it would take 3 hours from time they actually brought my car in. I waited 9 hours for them to do my car I was $@!#%. before moving to PA I was a long time customer of the claymont store and never had such problems!!
