I have a closer location to me, however, when I went into that location, they seemed like they did not want to be bothered. So I drove the extra 20 miles to the Claymont, DE location. What a different expercience. I worked with Nijet and being in the business before with Circuit City and installing these systems, I knew exactly what I needed. Nijet was great, he asked me all the right questions, perfectly positioning what was needed for me. Cost was straight to the point, no guessing where the charges were going. Gave a full breakdown of everything. Installation was just about 2 hours and shout out to John for doing the install for me, you treated my car like it was your own and I appreciate that. I will def bring my business back to Sounds of Tristate and will recommend them to everyone. Thanks again!
