Very competent and professional. I ordered a remote starter and installation for my wife's minivan as a Christmas present. I set up an install appointment and it was completed in less than two hours. Had one installed in my truck three years ago and it hasn't failed my once. I will only use Sound of Tri-State for my auto electronic audio/video/security/etc needs.
