Failure to respond, causing a poor review
During tint installation, damage was done to my vehicle. We were supposed to have received contact to get it repaired and still nothing almost 2 weeks later. Tint on the other car rear window looks horrible from the inside; like it was pieced together while not covering the entire window.
Will not return to that location for any future business. (Kirkwood hwy)
Customer CARE should be better prioritized.
