From the first visit, our experience at Sound of Tri-State (Kirkwood Highway) has been excellent. Kelley, the Manager, is very knowledgeable about the different components of a sound system. He was honest and did not try to sell us equipment that we didn't need (even though I initially believed we did). The scheduling process was timely and the install was very clean. My son loves his new sound system and I was very happy with the customer service we received. We will definitely return for any future needs.
