Was shocked to find real-time inventory online from a local store, and very happy when it was accurate and they had the obscure part I needed. I was quite surprised when I walked in the store - they are fully stocked and full of great demos and displays. Tri-State was way more than I expected, in service, product availability and exceptionally good pricing. Skip the box stores, you'll get more for your money and great customer care from this out-of-the way shop that is bigger (and better) than you'd think.
