From the look of the outside of the building, it didnt look promising. Once i got inside, the store was impressive. Very clean, organized for the most part. Things that I wanted to sample were ready to go without problems. Customer service was good, expect maybe the guy that helped me needed some more training.My only complaint is the growing trend of department stores being way more expensive than the online shopping. Its not even like $5-$15 more, that I could understand. Were talking $25-35 more on some product. That's why stores are closing up.
