This place came highly recommended so I was excited to have my car done correctly. I called to set up appt -- gave my name, number car make, model, AND YEAR over phone. When I brought in my car they suddenly decide to tell me my car will be $200, not the $130 or $140 they originally told me bc my car is "so new" and "requires so much extra labor". They also claimed they are "the only company that will even thouch BMW's". So I pay the extra money because I want my car done right. I pick it up the next day... it didn't sound nearly as good as it did in my old car. I could hear the subs hitting every time I turn my car on and every time I inititally accellerate my car. It was bad. I could even hear them rumbling when my car was off!

In the companys favor, I called and brought the car back in. They did it in one day and all of the problems are fixed! And it sounds AWESOME now. Thanks sounds of Tri-State!
