This time I purchased the remote start for my Parents, AGAIN. I bought the same type system for them on their last car and they loved it. My Mom did not want to trade in their old car until she could figure out how to have the unit removed and transfered to the new car! I told her to let the new owners enjoy the unit like they did for years. Then, for Christmas we bought them a new system. I personally have purchase five units on all my vehicles and referred a lot of friends who had the same units installed. Kelly always took care of us and this time Chris took care of us at the Wilmington store. What a great guy. My parents are in their 80s and he was very patient with giving them instructions.
