Range is much too Short
Their service was good.They did the job on time as scheduled. I purchased a remote car starter. My only concern to date is that the range for being able to start the car seems quite short and not anywhere close to the 500' that I was told it would be. I took it back to the shop and he told me if I continue to experience this issue, that they would replace the battery in the remote. He did not have a battery in stock to do it that day. The other thing that bothered me was that I never received an owner's manual or any other documentation. Hopefully, things will resolve itself but at this point in time, I am a little skeptical.
