Decent at best

The guy recommend the wrong products to me. I was installing a Pioneer Avic Z110BT in my truck and the iPod wire I was sold was the wrong one. I had to go back to the store, purchase the correct wire, undone my entire dash again, and then drive back to the store to return the wrong one, and now I have to wait 3 more days to get my money back.

I feel like people in this business try to rob their customers.
