The unit (Parrot 3222LS-Color) was installed on time, exactly as predicted and scheduled. The service, both sales and installation, was pleasant and professional. The only negative aspect had nothing to do with the merchant ... the documentation which accompained the unit is deplorable ... I had to spend entirely too much time on the Internet to have basic questions answered that the documentation lacked.
