Sales was great, some trouble with installation...
Sales was very helpful in choosing a unit (in-dash radio) that had the features I wanted and a few I didn't know I wanted. Installation was prompt and quick if problematic. I took two quick trips back to the shop to fix issues. In the end, though, everything is great.
