Delayed Installation/missing parts/extremely courteous service
I went in on a Thursday and spoke with a very friendly and courteous salesman who sold me a new stereo system. The next day I brought my car in and it ended up take two days and two trips to install. The first day, it took 4 hours before my car was even looked at. (they had a problem with the car previous to mine, I don't blame them). I didn't get a call about it until hour 5. They finally finished they installation and forgot to connect the iPod accessory. I had explicitly wanted that accessory that thursday but it took a second visit to get it installed. I've been living with my new stereo system for two days and wires are falling out from under the steering column. Not too big of a deal for someone who likes to get hands-on... but I did't pay 250 bucks and 2 days for installation to get hands-on. Also, I was overcharged for the Kenwood system... by 40%! (buy your stuff on amazon and have them install it if you want to save big).
