I got in a financial hardship and they helped.
Unfortunately I had to file bankruptcy chapter 7 due to I got loans for someone and they never paid me back. I contacted the office to speak to speak to Ryan he advised me it would be better to file bankruptcy instead of continuing to pay National Debt Relief so I did. They did a fantastic job working with me and helping me start over.
