My husband and I booked our free initial consultation with Ryan Hackett and he was very likable and very easy to talk to. He listened carefully to all our concerns and he was confident and reassuring about the end results concerning our case. If Ryan wasn't in his office at the time I had called, Ryan would get back to me with-in 1 or 2 hour's later, he never made you wait for long. When I E-Mailed Ryan with yet another question, he would respond immediately. Ryan never charged for additional questions, no matter how many times you would refer to him. I know a lawyer that would charge you for all additional questions after the free consultation. Ryan genuinely really cares about you and you're situation.
