I tried filing on my own for about 6 months before coming to Hackett. Rosemary was super helpful and made the process extremely easy. I wish I hadn't wasted so much time trying to do it by myself and instead had come here first. The whole process was very smooth and easy and well worth the little money (comparatively) it cost.
