We had an unexpected emergency when a tree trimmer brought our power lines down and ripped them off our our home. The power company shut us down and an electrician was required to rewire the house side before we could have power again. This all happened on a Friday evening and the technician was almost home an hour away and didn't hesitate to turn back around and get to us as quickly as possible! If the part had been available I believe we would have been back on that night but we were still back on by lunchtime on Saturday thanks to a very professional technician!
