Scheduling the appointment was easy. I got phone, text, and email reminders about the appointment. The service tech called when he was on his way and showed up exactly on time. The only improvement I can suggest is better explaining the initial fee given over the phone. I was under the impression that the amount I was quoted included the fan and doorbell installations (I had already purchased the fan and doorbell), but as the service tech explained, that was only the visit/trip fee. I ended up paying about $60 more than expected, which wasn't too bad given that the fan replacement turned out to be more involved than I expected, but I would have liked to better understand the fees up front.
