The vet techs here are some of the rudest people i’ve ever met. They charged me over $100 more than they quoted me for for services they knew she needed in advance. I’ve been here three times and each time is progressively worse. not to mention I’ve had this cat for a very short period of time which she has been sick during and they shamed me to my face for her not having vaccines. again when the cat was not even in my possession before a few weeks ago. shame on them for treating people this way in their time of need. no wonder they lock their doors at all times. probably to keep the pet owners of the pets they have literally murdered out. read their google reviews. it tells all.
