By the name, this is for emergencies with your pets. I have been here 3 times and all three visits were positive experiences. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was referred to an orthopedic surgeon in Anderson and all of the arrangements were made in advance through this clinic. The other 2 times were for end of life care for our pets. This last visit, Sweetie went down hill quickly during the weekend. We knew his time was limited, but didn't want him suffering. Once we realized that the time had come for his last visit to the vet, it was late on a Saturday night. The staff took us right in and carried out the procedure as requested. Time was offered to spend time with Sweetie afterward. They were kind and sympathetic to so someone who had a pet for 15 years and was visibly upset. I would use this facility any time needed and would recommend them to anyone with a beloved pet needing after hours care.
