We had a pretty straightforward experience with Roll Up Doors Direct. We ordered a door from them, and they shipped it to a local trucking company. The only issue that I had was with the trucking company, who did not let me examine the shipment before signing for it. We are building a new home, and we wanted to get our doors and windows in early. I have not opened the crate yet, because we are not yet to that phase.
