This was my first experience with a roll up door. It was easy from ordering to install. There was a snafu in shipping where my door and another were mixed up but was quickly corrected and only arrived a few days late. I installed the door myself and would recommend two people, mine is 9x12 and a bit heavy. Overall a good experience and would surely recommend to anyone.
