The door is just what I hoped for, installed and working flawlessly. Online instructions were very helpful, especially the videos. Instructions with the door took a bit of head scratching, but all that I needed was there. Customer service is responsive, but they don't waste words! Shipping was too expensive for a single door (50% of cost), so I drove to the factory 200 miles away and was back within the day. People at the factory were straight forward, non-nonsense, and helpful.

Recommend this product highly for a shed door if you are close enough to a factory to pick it up.
