Service was good. Written directions on installation were not good. Needed video to really get installation going. Also we had a 4’x5’ door delivered in a 8’ length crate which really added a lot to shipping weight. Packaging weighed more I think. That was lame. Door works great but getting it delivered and up was an adventure.
