Roll Up Door was shipped in a crate but by the time it made it to our location all that was left of the crate was one corner board. We had to go and pick up the door at the trucking companies hub when they couldn't seem to get it on the truck to be interlined after sitting on their dock for days. Parts were missing is the shipment and damage received to the door itself. I would definitely look into your shipping and handline as this has room for much needed improvement. As I understood it... this is a long ongoing issue. Had I'd known - I probably would have placed my order elsewhere.
