Mercedes, the person I spoke to on the phone, was a pleasure to deal with. The only issue was the unit I bought does not have a chain to raise or lower the door and I thought it came with it. I was going to buy the next model up and it had a chain but the base model was recommended for my needs, at a lesser price. I didn't realize the chain was dropped as part of the process. My fault for not reading thoroughly I guess. Otherwise it was fine and the door works great
