Brochure color doesn’t match online order color
I order two doors and didn’t look at the brochure. My fault. The color I selected when I started my online order was the color I wanted but off to the side I didn’t notice the name of the color which was hunter green. My fault again. But the color I selected was blue. The doors took 4-6 weeks like normal and were as you would think, hunter green. Green as could possibly be. So I called and talked to 2 different reps and they told me that it was like that because I did the order from my phone. The “color variation” may be slightly different. And I tried to explain to them what happen did another mock order and screen shorted everything and sent it to them. They told me there was nothing they could do as their “disclaimer” I assume covers that mistake. Totally unacceptable. So if your doing an online order and want a blue you better read the actual color name that appears off to the side when you select it because it may not be the color you actually select and there’s nothing they can do about it. I wouldn’t recommend this company for their product or help in the future.
