Door model 750. Just the door with no options, is great and instructions are good. Problem comes when adding options, particularly the motor. If I did not have mechanical and fabrications skills, no way you can install it. Very very bad instructions, small pictures zoomed in close to detail, with no overview, some pictures out of focus. Problems: missing captive nuts for motor bracket (just this required very creative engineering from my side; spacing motor bracket holes not matching rail holes (i had to drill and figure exactly where); ballast weight mounting holes not matching door holes (WTF); rail mounting bolts to jamb heads protruding into rail ant catching curtain wind locks (I had to remove and substitute with low profile screws); no instructions for lateral wind shields; top wind seal is ridiculous, instructions call for an L shape while i receive a very wide flat gray robber; and not to mention the crate the door came in was badly broken, very poor packaging and/or shipper, fortunately nothing was missing or damaged, only some scratches i had to touch up. Obviously the person who wrote instructions never seen and assembly process and had no clue how to describe or illustrate. A couple of overall views of the motor sections would have been sufficient, not just small zoomed in details difficult to interpret. I'm very hands on and mechanically inclined, so I'm not exaggerating, the fact that at the end i was able to put together attests that. Just the missing captive nuts would have been a reason for returning, in the broken cradle (!). At the end, i'm happy with it, although the wind lock brackets still catch a little bit and sometime they overlap each others on top while rolling up, making curtain jump. Better engineering for this required. Please get rid of the documentation person and get somebody better. As I said the in instructions for the basic door with no options are good. And can you make sure holes and options match up?
