I bought a 10x14 roll-up door (model 2000) for my barn. It came well crated and arrived in great shape. The crating suffered a little in shipping but was tough enough to protect the door and parts. Shipping is just a reality with anything that big. My door was well made. It looks and functions great. The one thing that could be improved is the installation instructions. If you plan to install the door yourself, be sure to both read the instructions packed with the door and watch the installation videos carefully. There is information in each that is omitted in the other. Plan to rent a big enough contractors lift to handle your door curtain if installing a big door such as mine. The contractors lift makes all of the difference.
