Great Customer Service
I ordered from rollupdoorsdirect.com not sure what to expect. It looks like a site that caters mostly to small- and medium-sized businesses, not to individual consumers like me.
I was blown away by their dedication to customer service. The day after I placed my order, I received a phone call from Tiffany confirming all the details of my order and explaining any additional options. This gave me a great deal of confidence that my order was placed correctly.
It took a while for my door to arrive (because---coronavirus), but less time than I would have expected given that it was custom made and shipping via LTL.
My door had a manufacturing defect. I called their customer service and by the next day, Tiffany had contacted the manufacturer and started the process of shipping me a new door. No hassle, just service.
I am very happy with the quality and appearance of my new rollup door. Thanks Tiffany!
