Having never installed a roll up door before, I was nervous to order an 8x12 Model 2500 door and trust that all preparation was done correctly. Customer support was VERY helpful to answer all questions and provide assistance with delivery. I was able to coordinate with a local feed store with a dock and forklift for delivery and transfer to my own trailer. Installation instructions and online videos left a bit to be desired, but reading and watching both VERY carefully, the installation when well with no significant issues. I changed out a couple of the provided fasteners for something different, but overall I was extremely pleased with the quality of the product. Well worth the investment!
