Ordering Easy - Shipping Bad

I still have not received my door. The company got it shipped, but their carrier can’t seem to get it delivered. The first week delay from the ETA was explained to me as “it just didn’t make it yet.” Then on the second ETA I called the shipping company and they said, “we don’t know where it is. We have a search out for it.” The shipping for my door was over $200 and now I get to wait again. If it ever gets here I will get to install it in the freezing weather. So much for planning ahead. I hope the door is so good that I forget all about this delay.

Kris, Per our conversation today, I was told by the shipper, they will try and deliver tomorrow. Unfortunately, they have had a lot of drivers calling out from this service center. If you need anything else, please give us a call.
