This is Not the first time I have been pleased with the service Ms Jillian Filiatrault has provided.....BUT this one could have gone bad. Ms Jillian intercepted an error on the part of the manufacture with regards to location for pick up.--by NO fault of hers.. She immediately did all she could to alert me of the error. and surely helped me manage my schedule. She even provided specific addresses as I did not have access to my emails.
Her and I shared a thought about our crazy Service Industry:::: "Don't Judge me on the Negative Issues that come up in our crazy business. but more so:: Judge me on How I React to RESOLVE"
