The quality of the door is A+. It's very well constructed and fit perfectly. In fact, we ordered the side brushes, but they weren't needed due to the fit of the door. Every company rep I spoke with were very helpful & professional. Even so, there was a communication problem regarding delivery setup, resulting in a delay.
We were very impressed at how well the door was packaged and the delivery guy was top-notch! We couldn't have asked for better in this area.
Skip the enclosed installation instructions. We found them to be very confusing and lacked some information. The videos we found online were way more helpful.
Lastly, I would advise everyone to request a color sample. I seemed to have missed that option, so it was very disappointing to receive a color that differed from what we were expecting.
Overall, this was a good experience!
