I love the ease of installation. I ordered two doors for my shop and they were well packaged with all of the needed hardware and fasteners. My doors shipped out on a Friday, but I wasn't alerted until Monday and they delivered on Tuesday. I would recommend finding some way of giving the customer a heads up earlier in that situation. Luckily it wasn't a problem for me.
