Poor Service

I was very disappointed with the service and product I received very late after over $300 in shipping charges. The door came completely disassembled and with no assembly instructions included. Shipping was delayed until after I had left for the summer and nobody could answer when it would be delivered. After calling repeatedly it showed up the day after I was told it would be delivered.
