Ordered 4' wide door, expecting it to come crated 5' to 6' in wooden crate for protection. It came in their apparently standard shipping crate of something like 8' with 3' empty wasted space, sides were protected using metal roll up door pieces. Trucking company was going to deliver in a small suv based on the fact that I had indicated that I expected it to be 5' 0r 6' long. Because of the extra length they attempted delivery on regular 18 wheeler. unable to deliver to my address because of concern over low hanging wires I had to meet them elsewhere to transfer to my P/U. Because of the metal sides I ended up slicing a finger because of no viable good location to grab hold of it.
Have not opened or installed yet, hoping for no additional surprises; time will tell.
